Timothy directs AOTMP’s Global Business Analytics, Performance Management and Performance Scoring teams. He is the lead innovation architect for AOTMP’s Efficiency First® Framework, a disciplined, best practice-driven approach to managing fixed and mobile telecom environments.
Stacy HiquetChief Content Officer
Stacy Hiquet has over 20 years of experience in building business lines, acquiring and integrating businesses and creating educational training materials for internal and external audiences. She oversees all AOTMP University, Telecom Management Tools and Research initiatives globally. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Computer Science from Purdue University.
Ashley KelmVP, Global Enterprise Services
With over 15 years of experience within telecom and operational executive-level roles, Ashley is responsible for leading our global enterprise Service Delivery and Program Management teams. She has held positions within several TEM vendor organizations and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry focusing on telecom, customer service, and medical outsourcing operations. Ashley is a Six Sigma Blackbelt, which she received from The University of San Diego, and she earned her BBA from Franklin University.
Kathleen GlassInterim CMO
Kathleen Glass has been a marketing and sales executive in emerging technology, SaaS, and managed services industries for more than 25 years. She has deep experience in the TEM services industry, helping establish the ProfitLine brand and market presence in 2002. In 2009, as vice president of marketing for ProfitLine (acquired by Tangoe, Inc.), she pioneered social selling and sales enablement techniques using LinkedIn and other social media tools to cut sales cycle time by 50% while increasing the sales pipeline by 300%.
Will NankivellVP, Enterprise Solutions
Will has over 20 years IT sales and service, and is responsible for leading AOTMP’s enterprise sales team. As VP and GM of Mobility Services at Calero (formerly Movero/ Integrated Mobile), he launched a new Service Delivery organization based on ITIL standards and focused on the client. Will has also co-founded his own company and helped launch three startups; he is currently an Advisor with REV1 in Columbus, Ohio. Will has an Economics degree from Franciscan University.
Kim WarrenVP, Vendor Program Management
Kim is responsible for leading our global vendor client program management division, and has over 20 years BPO industry experience in IT Managed Services and Telecom Expense Management. Prior to joining AOTMP, she held management positions at FIS as well as solution architecture and customer relationship management positions at IBM/Rivermine, ProfitLine, Vercuity and QuantumShift. Kim is a Six Sigma Blackbelt.
Scott LawrenceVP & Sr. Research Analyst, AOTMP Research Practice
Scott leads the business analytics team as part of our Efficiency First® Engine and helps organizations understand trends and performance in their fixed and mobile telecom environments relative to industry peers. He also serves as subject matter expert and consultant for both enterprises and vendors in the industry.
Kevin LongDirector of Business Development
With over 12 years of sales and business development experience, Kevin is responsible for leading our global Business Development team. By calling upon his experience in managing high-performing sales teams within global organizations, Kevin leverages quality training and coaching development to drive sales growth. Kevin has an MBA from Indiana University and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Wabash College.
