What is the Efficiency First® Telecom Management Best Practices Methodology?

The Efficiency First® Methodology starts with the overall Telecom Management Ecosystem, leverages the Efficiency First® Framework; and is supported by the Efficiency First® Engine, a team of Efficiency First® Experts and Efficiency First® Certified vendors. Outcomes of the implemented methodology is measured at the highest level with the Efficiency First® Performance Index. 

Components of the Efficiency First® Methodology

Efficiency First® Framework – A disciplined and best practice approach for managing a fixed and mobile environment. This Framework is our core methodology and the foundation of all AOTMP Solutions. Enterprises adopt the Framework in their environments and vendors align their solutions to the Framework.
