What is it?

ChoiceTel has developed, based on customer demand, two strategy workshops.

The Voice and Network Strategy Workshops focus on helping our customers to understand the current voice and network technology landscape, identifying business drivers specific to their organization, feature requirements, mission statement, top 3-4 vendors that fit their requirements, and a roadmap to RFP development and management (if needed), vendor grading, vendor selection and implementation oversight, as well as ongoing operational management.

These workshops can be done in concert with one another or individually conducted.
