TEM/WMM in 2017: Business-Value Driver or Expense to Cut?

AOTMP’s latest research paper asks some tough questions that vendors and enterprises alike need to answer if they want to get the most benefit from their relationships. In an industry saturated with suppliers, and struggling with the ongoing problems of overpromising and under-delivering, enterprises know they have choices.

New AOTMP research indicates a significant number will soon exercise their options. Indeed, TEM/WMM vendors should consider themselves on notice. Of the enterprises using a management platform, a hefty percentage plans to switch vendors within the next two years leaving both parties questioning:

  • What is the exact percentage of enterprises who plan on seeking out a new TEM/WEM vendor in the next two years?
  • What are the driving forces behind this alarming trend and what factors might be addressed to create more sustainable vendor/enterprise relationships?
