Follow your passion and do your things, don’t be intimidated by a room full of people who don’t look like you. If you follow your passion, learn as much as you can, and do good work, people will have no choice but to respect you. Know that when you walk into a room where you look different from everyone, it definitely gets people’s attention, but it also provides an opportunity for you to prove yourself and raise the bar. Always focus on what you love doing, find a team or company that values diversity, and be passionate about the problem you want to solve.
