What does the program deliver?
Efficiency Ratings
Standard measures that gauge efficiency performance for each of the Efficiency First® Core Practice Areas that are part of your team’s responsibilities.
Ratings are on a 0 to 100% efficiency scale. Practice Areas that achieve 80% or better Efficiency Rating are awarded a certificate and electronic credential that can be used to promote peak performance status for that activity.
Focus Area Ratings
Standard measures that gauge best practice adoption compliance between the Efficiency First® Framework Focus Areas and the Efficiency First® Core Practice Areas that are part of your team’s responsibilities.

Applications are processed by an Efficiency First® Framework team performance examiner and Efficiency Ratings, Focus Area Ratings, Next-Level Recommendations, and certificates + electronic credentials for each Practice Area that achieve 80% or better Efficiency Ratings are delivered within 3 weeks of submission.
The AOTMP® Efficiency First® Team Performance Program typically starts as a one-time event to establish baseline performance measures. Then, after initial Next-Level Recommendations are implemented, annual assessments are recommended to measure performance improvements and to identify new Next-Level Recommendations that will continue to drive efficiency gains and performance improvements. Striving to achieve 80% or better Efficiency Ratings and to earn and maintain certification credentials confirms your team’s ultimate commitment to continuous improvement and peak efficiency.
