The process

Here's how it works

  • Step 1

It starts by identifying 3 best practice areas that align with your products, services, and solutions. Sample topics include:

    • Sourcing, Procurement & Order Management
    • Asset, License & Service Management
    • Invoice Processing, Cost Allocation & Dispute Management
    • SLAs, KPIs & Performance Optimization
    • Contract & Vendor Management
    • Network, Cloud & Mobile Management

  • Step 2

AOTMP develops challenge quizzes on those topics based on Efficiency First® Framework best practices with your input and approval.

  • Step 3

The 15 question challenge quizzes are then offered by you to prospects that you want to engage.

  • Step 4

Prospects that score 80% or better earn an AOTMP certificate and best practice pro credential badge.

  • Step 5

Finally, a custom AOTMP resource document containing information related to a best practice along with your recommendation and contact information is provided. This document promotes and enforces additional engagement after the badge is earned.

This program is sponsored by you and administered by AOTMP, a 3rd party best practice organization trusted by technology management professionals across the globe. See FAQ

A certificate is issued when the challenge is successfully completed. The certificate features your company logo.

A digital badge is issued with each Best Practice Challenge that is successfully completed.
