BLOOMINGTON, IN – August 04, 2026 – AOTMP® announced its 2027 event schedule, featuring four annual meetings designed to bring together organizations, professionals, and technology providers to learn, collaborate, share best practices, strengthen professional relationships, and improve technology management performance.

The 2027 AOTMP event schedule includes:

  • Winter Advisory Council Online Meeting: Wednesday, February 10, 2027. Registration opens December 14, 2026.
  • Spring Advisory Council Live Meeting, Orlando, FL: Wednesday, April 21 to Thursday, April 22, 2027. Registration opens December 7, 2026.
  • Summer State of the Technology Management Industry Online Meeting: Wednesday, August 11, 2027. Registration opens June 14, 2027.
  • Fall State of the Technology Management Industry Live Meeting (location TBD): Wednesday, October 27 to Thursday, October 28, 2027. Registration opens June 7, 2027.

AOTMP events are designed to be more than conferences or educational sessions. They are intended to create opportunities for the technology management community to come together for practical discussions, peer learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.

“Each AOTMP event is designed to bring the technology management community together in ways that help professionals learn from peers, share real-world experiences, and strengthen performance,” said Tim Lybrook, Managing Partner, AOTMP. “Our 2027 events will continue to support meaningful collaboration, practical insight, and stronger connections across the profession.”

The 2027 annual cadence aligns with AOTMP’s event philosophy, which emphasizes community participation, practical application, peer collaboration, and actionable takeaways rather than product-focused presentations. To learn more about AOTMP events, visit: https://aotmp.com/aotmp-events/.

About Bearstone

Bearstone is a telecom vendor governance firm founded by Bill Henrichs, Former Head of Telecommunications at Simon Property Group. Managing telecom for a 200+ site portfolio, Bill saw what most CIOs learn: invoices routinely carry unauthorized charges — services billed after disconnect, rates outside contracted terms — that no one is validating line by line. He built Bearstone to close that gap.

Bearstone delivers BearGuard — a managed governance service that validates invoices against contracted terms, surfaces unauthorized charges and variance, and holds carriers accountable for correction. Where TEM platforms stop at reporting, BearGuard begins.

Headquartered in Noblesville, Indiana, Bearstone serves multi-site enterprises — retail, hospitality, and distribution — with 200+ locations or $2M+ in annual telecom spend.
